about

I am a soccer player who is just trying to get through high school with good grades. I love soccer with a passion and have been playing since I was 5. I am currently single and love school. Someday I want to go into the medical field. :]

advice

What would you do if your boyfriend of a year and 2 months stole money from your house.. but denies it and you know they did it.?

do you break up with him?

or not?

I'm sorry and i hate to say this buuuut.. can you prove that he stole the money??? if you are just going on a gut instinct that is fine and i totally understand. but i think u should give him another chance..

if u do happen to notice this again, and you are SURE ITS HIM, then just break up with him. it may be hard but in the long run i think i would rather have a guy that doesnt steal from me for his own personal benefit.

hope that helps!!!

Would it be possible for an MP3 player to display the lyrics on the screen to a song that is being played on the system? I would want to download these files from a free program if possible.

if you are using itunes than this is very easy. When you are on the song you want lyrics you right click to show the little menu. then you click on get info. then clip on the lyrics tab. you should be able to paste your lyrics right in to them.

Then when you select this song(after sync of ipod) you will click to center button 2 or 3 times (first will be sogn pic, rating, and then lyrics) and you can then sing your heart out as you listen to the song.

Hope this helps!!

--------
and yeah, it costs 99 cents per song.

There's this outter tube. Does that go in your vagina or not?

If that's to hlep you stikc in your vagina, then what actually goes it?

O.K. Here is how you use a tampon. Hope this helps!

You may be worried and nervous about using your first tampon. Start by just relaxing! The more you relax, the easier the insertion will be. When you are nervous, your muscles tense up, making insertion even harder. For your first time, you may want to try using a tampon when your menstrual flow is heavy; this should allow the tampon to glide in more easily. Choose the smallest size tampon for the first time. By following these simple guidelines, and those that come with your package of tampons, your first experience with tampons should be easy.

1. Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Some women prefer to place one leg on the toilet seat or tub, while others prefer to squat down. After you find a position that is most comfortable for you, hold the tampon with the fingers that you write with. Hold the middle of the tampon, at the spot where the smaller, inner tube inserts into the larger, outer tube. Make sure the string is visible and pointing away from your body.

2. With your other hand, open the labia (the folds of skin around the vaginal opening) and position the tampon in the vaginal opening.

3. Gently push the tampon into the opening, aiming for the small of your back. Stop when your fingers touch your body and the applicator, or outer tube, is completely inside the vagina.

4. Once the applicator or outer tube is inside of you, use your index finger to push the inner tube (the tube where the removal string is visible) through the outer tube. This pushes the tampon into the vagina.

5. Once the inner tube is all the way in, use your thumb and middle finger to remove the applicator or outer tube. (See picture 3 below). Make sure that the string hangs outside of the vaginal opening. Later, when you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out.

6. If the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it. If you feel uncomfortable in any way, you may have inserted the tampon incorrectly or the tampon may not be placed far enough into the vagina. If this happens, just remove the tampon and start again with a new tampon.

Can someone gimme some soccer tips on :
defending
attacking
getting the ball of someone
goal keeping (need heaps of info on this)
passing
stopping the ball
crossing (kicking with a slight turn in the air)
kicking
preventing oposing players from getting the ball

ALL INFORMATION IS NEEDED ASAP PLEEAASSEE!

O.K. I have been playing soccer for almost 10 years now and I have played every position there is.
~~~~
*Defending- always keep your eyes on the ball. I find when you are not looking at it they other team's offense gets past you easily. You should always stay with there fowards even if that means moving up to the center line.Also, always run with the other teams offense when they have the ball and try to stay closest to the net so she is on the outside. This will enable you to block her shots better. Not to be mean but try and play them offsides if you need to get the ball back.
*Attacking- you must have a very strong leg for attacking. You also need to be fast so you can get to the ball before your opponent. I would suggest learning some fakeout moves such as scissors which is where you pretend to kick the ball one way but your foot just glides over it instead of touching it and do that with both feet to fake them out or just do the shoulder lean which is where you dip your shoulder one way so they think you will go that way and then run off the other way. Use your head also to score goals, you should use right where your hair lime starts.
*Getting the ball from someone- if its your opponent kick the ball as many times as you can but doi not tire yourself out too much. Also you can slide but only if you can reach the ball in time and many times you can get it from them when they are running if their eyes are on the ball.
*Goalkeeping- know this is the toughest position on the whole field. You have to be able to think fast, have fast reflexes, be able to sacrifice your body to protect the goal, and use your authority as goalie to your advantage. When your opponent is about to kick you can see them turn their hips which can give you a lead-off of where they are going to go. Also if you have seen the opponent enough times you are able to know where they will kick it. (i.e. bottom left, top right, etc) You have the power to dive on top of the ball and technically have people have to jump over you to get out of the way. The oppponents fowards are not allowed to touch you when you have the ball in possession. Lastly, do whatever you can to save the goal. Punch it up in the air if you have to so you can catch it, really learn how to jump as high as possible for you, and get FINGERSAVES in a good pair of goalir gloves. These may end up costing $100 dollars or more but they are worth it if you are playing anything above U13. They are a lifesaver and protect you from pulling your fingers back too far. Also practice doing drop kicks.
*Passing- use your laces not your toe and you will get alot more power and distance when you kick te ball for longer distances. If it is a shorter pass you can use the inside of your foot where your arch is ot if you need to move the ball out of your opponent's way, then use the outside upper part of your foot. You should be hitting where the straight part of your foot starts to turn into the arch. There is bone their and it will help.
*Crossing- is alot like passing the ball with long distance but if your want to curve it turn your hips as you kick to the correct direction you want it to go. Crossing also requires that you get it higher in the air. Crossing is a key element to throw off the other team's defense. Usually many defenses will drift to the side the ball is on and this is the perfect opportunity for a cross so you can run towarsds the other team's goalie with an open shot.
*Stopping the ball- there are many ways in which you can stop a ball. You can use your chest which for girls may hurt a little more but you will get used to it and if you do it right then the ball should roll off your chest/drop to the ground and you have contol. You can also use the inside of your thigh which provides stopping along your whole body if you miss. Also you can use you shins but eith this if you want to have it stop right in front of you and not bounch out about 10 feet in front of you then you need to pull you leg back with the ball the slow it down and not really "kick" it back. Another is you can use your stomach. Start by tightening it up ad then it should stop. It might hurt a little though. ANother way is to trap it with your fott. You need to "catch" and stop the ball on the inside part of your foot or you can stop it with the bottom of your foot by stepping on it but I would not suggest it since the ball can slip out easily.
Hope this helps.
I wanted to try a tampon so my sister got me two tampons form her friends but i forgot how to use it and don't want to bother her.
Like I know you stick it up but I don't know if you do an angle and if there's something you're supposed to pull out.
Someone told me to read the box (which I don't have) because it really helps? but i don't have one so if you got one cna you please scan it or if you can find it in the internet for me?
thanks, If I get it, you know what rate you get.
I accidently hurt my friend's feelings over a picture I head on my cell phone. When I showed it to 3 people she sent me a text saying "Why the f*#$ do you have a picture of me on your phone?" and she has hated me ever since. I have tried to apologize many times but all she has ever said is why do you want to be my friend so bad and that's just plain wierd. She is a 15 year old Sophmore and I am a freshman at high school. I see her as somewhat of what I want to be, a great soccer player. She has made Varsity since freshman year and I just want to be as good as her. I dream about my mistake every night and that it becomes fixed, but when I wake up it is only a memory of what I want. Should I just forget about her(even though I see her twice a day and it's hard to do) or should I try something new to get her back?
Look, the first and most important thing you need to do is to stop wanting to be HER. You are your own person, and whatever you may think right now, you are just as special as her. This will come in handy the next time you face a rejection.
Forgetting a friend is not an option. I hurt my best friend (and subsequently lost her) in 3rd grade, and I still feel bad about it. You just learn to live with your mistake, and you go on with your life. That doesn't mean that you forget her, but you must realize that some people can't forget certain hurts, no matter how much you want them too, even if you weren't trying to hurt her. You too, will someday find(if you have not already) that you are unable to completely forget a hurt.
And hearing this probably will hurt, but it's possible that she might have thought of you as an acquaintance, and not so much of a friend. This could be why she's asking why you want to be her friend so badly.
So what should you do? Well, it seems to me that you've done everything you CAN do. Therefore, the situation is no longer in your hands. You have made the first move to try to mend the situation, but the next move MUST be her's. Any relationship, be it personal or not, has to be a "Two-Way Street." You made a mistake, and you've apologized. It's now up to HER. If she refuses to forgive and be friends again, then unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it. You'll just have to accept that fact and move on.
But because you must still have contact with her, treat her with respect and courtesy. You must be mature about this situation because if you keep dwelling about it every time you see her, anger and pain build up within you. That's how hate and resentment start, and they stay with you for years. Don't let that happen. They tear your very soul apart, and you end up feeling empty and alone. Being mature helps you to manage these feelings so that you grow to be a stronger person.
