I'm in college and I have a few good friends. I'm not shy, I'm just very picky and cautious about befriending people and trusting them. I do not go out alot. Some college girls like to party, but I'd rather just relax and watch a movie at home. I'm not incredibly social, and it's mostly because I choose to be this way. Is this a really bad problem/issue? I've had boyfriends and big groups of crazy friends before, but now, I'm more into family and studying. (link)
There is nothing wrong with this at all. When you go off to college, you start rearranging your life and you begin to grow more responsible, and start sorting out your priorities. It's not a problem that you'd rather be with family than out partying. You're just growing up, and beginning to learn that life isn't all about going out and doing crazy stuff, or being with friends. Life is about enjoying it, and doing whatever makes you happy. Whether it's drinking until you pass out or staying at home and reading a book. Everyone's different, and you're no exception. (:
