Hey guys! I have been wanting to learn to play the guitar. My brother is 13 right now and is teaching himself to play and he doesn't sound too bad at it.
I have been listening to a lot of Jimi and other bands and artists and I want to learn to play the guitar.
I use to play the saxophone back in middle school but dropped that. I would have to learn to re-read music but that wouldn't be too hard.
Some people I know said learning guitar would be easier if I could play the piano (which I can't) is this true?
Any advice or any ideas on how to learn to play the guitar? Is it hard to pick up and learn quick? (link)

Hi there! Try playing slow songs of Metallica for example like Nothing Else Matters http://wowmp3.net/music/metallica-nothing-else-matters-mp3.html I think that it's one of those songs that any other person who is learning how to play guitar starts learning.
