Generally I'm a very friendly person. I'm quite open-minded which is why a good deal of people whom I've crossed paths with often tend to confide in me first. I'm usually the first person recommended when there's trouble afoot because I'm patient when dealing with people, and gentle in my approach. I've also seen how "helpers" have talked lowly to those who seek their aid, and it's just bloody annoying to see them treated like morons; this is not my approach, and nor will it ever be.
I tend to answer all sorts of question with the exception, however, in matters such as mechanics, finances, taxes, etc. Err. That's a field that I know I'm not qualified for :)
However, I'm more than capable in more pressing matters that revolve around life. You know? Love, family, friends, death, life and the other classics.
If there are far more personal matters you feel you can't discuss on this site alone, then feel free to contact me on my gmail, set up for your privacy.
So give me a try. What have you got to lose, right?

As comrade mentioned, we're not entitled to diagnose you. The first reason is because we do not have a degree in medicine, and secondly, because of sad reason, we'll obviously give you an inaccurate diagnosis because these symptons could be almost any type of illness, or even nothing at all; possibly just something psychological, like a recent trauma that hit you pretty hard.
How old are you dear? You sound quiet young. If you are still in your teen years, then I think this is a sign that you're getting your period soon. Believe me, I've seen my friends who've been through worse, so there's not need to panic.
However, we all honestly recommend you see a doctor. If you're still in highschool then I recommend you go, and sit down to talk to your councelor instead. I recommend you prepare a list, and later catch her at a time when she's free so you'll be able to explain this situation to her. S/He'll be able to contact your parents, gently explain the situation to them, and then you can all decide what you're options are.
You might feel frightened, but you shouldn't be. There is nothing to worry about because you have people here to help, both online and in the real world to give you the support you ask for. There's nothing to be nervous about when approaching your councelor, or even your doctor. It's just having a soft conversation with them, and delicately explaining your symptons to them; like you're talking about it to a friend, really.
You're welcome to contact me on nestaphacien@gmail.com if you'd like to discuss this even further, or anything else for that matter.
