When its very quiet, and i listen carefully, i can move my eyes or think something i hear my brain processing?
Its like a fluidic electronic garble, not a voice, but rather like a modem, except not computerish. I can hear what I THINK is the thought traveling across the neurons? That is about the best way to describe it. No one else Ive told this too has heard this in themselves. Am I correct? I mean, I think a thought to move my eyes, and I can hear the thought as I move my eyes, instantly. But again its not a voice. It seems very electrical.
Im not high, and this is for real. I want to know if there is a name for this or if anyone else hears the same thing. (link)

Hello, I also have this ability and I have never came across anyone who will believe me or that doesn't suggest that it is some sort of hearing issue. This phenomenon has happened to me as long as I can remember, it happens especially when I am very excited and I close my eyes or when I have a very stimulating thought. I have researched hearing neurons fire, tinnitus, etc, but nothing fits as I know it is not a problem and instead it is somehow an ability. I am beginning to be able to focus on the noise I am hearing and amplify it. It is more than a noise too as I can also feel it but it is exactly how you have described, like movement of water but its somehow electrical and is like a wooshing.
Since the world is merely vibrations, and the brain is just a frequency interpreter, I believe somehow we are tapping into an ancient ability that extends beyond human comprehension at this time. It would be interesting to study if more people experience this, but are too afraid to mention it, or are just unaware that it is even happening to them.
Does it happen to you with your eyes open? I must close mine to hear the sensation. Also when I swallow I can intensify the feeling, is this the case for you as well?
