Well i personally have been in that situation a couple of times. if you are shy ask the person directly ask a friend to find out if they like you, or you could tell them that u like them and then ask them if they like you to and if they dont like you then you can just say that someone dared them to asked you that and you were just joking.

Well it all depends on how close you r to him. If hes nice enough to talk to you he might say yes but Im not sure exactly cause i dont no who he is or who you r. If hes ur close or bestest friend then im pretty sure that he would say yes. Also look for hints if he likes you or if hes intrested in you like flirting with you or the way he acts around you. You might want to make a choice quickly cause not many guys want a girlfriend in the summer. Tell me wat happens.

Well if shes ur best friend then she shouldn't get angry at u for telling her like it is. She may be doing this because you did something that ticked her off so shes trying to get back at you. If thats the case then apologize to her even if you dont no what you did. Belive me it works.
