i come here from the phillipines. for those who know the phillipines we are not the richest country. i moved to washington just this last summer. my family comes from proverty so much so that we didnt own a tooth brush. so thats why my teeth are yellow. i was wondering is there anything other than brushing my teeth that will whiten my teeth. there are actually a lot of things available to make your teeth whiter.:)
1. Crest white strips
2. scope white (i'm not exactly sure what its called but its a scope brand mouthwash and its in a white bottle)
3. you can also put hydrogen paroxide in your mouth but dont swallow it
4. 1 ripe strawberry
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions: Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Usually it calls for a soft toothbrush but im sure you could use your finger. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) You can apply once a week.
