no. anywere in the united states if you are younger then 16 you cant have sex. im in a college law class and thats a fact.

why is april 20th national pot day? kids got arrested at my school today and they had drug searches in the parking lot. i didn't know it was a "holiday" though until this past monday...what's so signifigant about the date? why is this national pot day? thanks! (link)

yeh. um not true.
the reason is when police find a pot head or someone with pot they say the have a 4 20, and another reason is because pot was discovered on april 20th.
so the fags answer above is 100% wrong and has obviously never smoked pot or knows anthing about it.
