You are the only person who can decide if you are Bisexual or not. Nobody can decide for you no matter how much you want them to. It sounds like you just want to experiment with girls and aren't really bisexual, but if you keep wanting to do things to girls then maybe you are. You need to sit down and think very hard if you are or not. Think about what you like in girls and what attracts you to them, then think the same about guys. No one can change their sexuality if it's truly how they feel.
