Hi! I met this new girl at school and I really want to be friends with her because she seems to interesting. The problem is that she won't open up and be friendly with me! She's, pretty much, a loner and keeps to herself. Everybody needs a friend though and I'd like to get to know her better. I don't know if she gets too nervous to really talk to me or what but I'd really like to have some conversations with her.
How do I get her to open up to me and be my friend without being pushy or intimidating? THANK YOU ALL! (link)

see frnd his girl is somewhat of my behaviour
being a teenage girl its really difficult to judge a person or open with him/her quickly you just try to talk to her
firat make her feel secure with youreself then slowly with the passage of time she will be a very good frnd of yours
try this
i am oops! i was very conservative in the beginig of my new sessions of class nine in 2009 and now i am too open that almost all class of mine is my frnd
you should trust me because i m also a girl n can understand her feelings very well

ok my friend is going away next weekend for a operation where shes going to get some tube put down her neck to her stomach (not sure why). and shes scared of having it. and she told me that her boyfriend asked her if she was going to be ok, so i said of course shes gunna be ok Shes Brooke(her name) and she smiled from that. what are some other things i could say to make her feel better and less nervous about going.not to spite her boyfriend or anything like that but we are close so i need to comfort her in some way.
thanks (link)

i grew up with a phobia, and that would be ghosts. i don't even like looking at the word, because whenever it pops up i always tend to turn around and look around me. it scares me... it all started when i was younger and all people would talk about are spirits and myths about them. when i was younger it was too the point where i have to sleep with a night light (i still do), i always run through my hallway to the bathroom or something like that, i get really scared, i can't sleep unless i'm really tired or i know one of my family members are still awake. and i try thinking about something else when i'm alone in the bathroom or something. and now it's somewhat to the point where i'm now scared of japanese people, not all but some. and why is that, is because they make those scary movies and i've always hated scary movies. i realized this just yesterday when i was working (i work at a japanese sushi restaurant) and this japanese man walked in. right away, i knew he was japanese and the one thing that popped into my head was my phobia. is there a way where i can try forgetting about it and think about something else and help me get over it? please?
