Ok it was our 8th grade promotion dance and I wanted to dance with my ex- boyfriend just as friends. he wouldnt dance with me(i dont know why) the next day at school in the morning he was being a total jerk, then by the afternoon he was being really nice to me. should I still talk to him or should I ignore him?

first of all, it's never good to ignore someone. Even though a person has been a jerk to you, they're probably being that way to tick you off, and if you are, then they have won. As a fellow 8th grader, I would say let him chase you. He could be just being a jerk to get your attention. If that's the case, he will tone it down if you let him know how you feel, instead of just not talking to him. Remember, communication is the best solution. Good luck!
