does anyone know how to lighten your eyebrows? _(link)

I recently dyed my hair blonde and wanted to lighten my eyebrows... but at the salon they did a horrible job! they bleached them and not all of it went blonde! there's still some dark hairs! its so sad! but i've seen it done very nicely on tlc's what not to wear.. but now to figure out how to do that!
