At this point in time, I am almost the most I have ever weighed. It's not fat or anything, but I think 140 pounds is too big for my height. My parents don't want me to go on a diet because they fear I'll become anorexic or obsessed. I run, so I know I'm getting enough physical exercise. What can I do? (link)
Rather than worrying about keeping a healthy weight, keep your weight healthy. As your body grows, it will put weight where it needs to be, and no "Body Mass Index" will make it do otherwise. If you run regularly, then you've already got a huge head start.

You should try to avoid eating two or three huge meals a day, but also limit your snacking -- Ideally, plan three moderate meals a day and two light meals. Make sure your protein intake doesn't suffer, and keep up your healthy fat levels, by eating plenty of foods with polyunsaturated fat -- fish, olives and olive oil, leafy vegetables, and eggs.
