ive never done the two at the same time but anal sex for me personally wasnt sore just relax and as long as he is gentle it will be fine.you need to be comfortable with the person though that your doing it with.

im going through kind of the same thing im a very insecure person ive been cheated on by practically eery partner but my husband hes in the army and is away a lot so that makes me more insecure.at the end of the day do what im going to do sit down tell him how you feel and why you feel like that if he cares he will try and help you through this.
about the email thing though i wouldnt be happy if i knew my husband was emailing other females that is surely going to make you feel worse tell him it hurts you and see what his response is

i think personally at 13 you shouldnt be thinking about having sex. its perfectly normal to be having these feelings but beliee me its better waiting until you meet the right person.
