first confront him and just ask him why he's following you if he denies it then say that you know he's lying and that if he doesn't stop that you'll bring this issue to an adult
if he still follows you after that, then definitely tell an adult

Ok well I really like this guy and he likes me. But see he likes prob about 3 other girls too. I want to go out with him but he always acts like all he wants is to get some. Ok well if he's trying to get sexual with you then i say forget it...if you feel comfortable with him doing it then i guess its ok but if you definitely know that he is like a playa and if you dont want to get your heart broken then dont do it
