My boyfriend is nearly 25 and he is about to have a tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy.
I have heard some terrible things about having a tonsillectomy. He is having 2 weeks off work after the surgery, but I've heard the recovery process can be quite painful and you can barely even eat or talk. I am actually really worried about him because I can hear it can be really painful and quite dangerous if you start haemmoraging.
BTW he is having it for obstructive sleep apnea reasons, not tonsillitis.
Any advice for him? Anyone had one and can share a story? Any reassurance for his anxious girlfriend? Haha.

my brother had that done he will be in pain after get him to use anti septic mouth wash every thing will be just fine x

20/f I've had a boyfriend for over a year. We usually do everything together, but some of my college friends have asked me to go out with them, specifically one of my good (girl) friends from school. She wants to go to a party at a house that will be coed so there will be other guys. She never said I could invite my boyfriend, would it be wrong for me to go to the party (not talk to guys flirtatiously at all) without my boyfriend? I want him to come, but I think if she wanted him to come she would have asked. I feel awkward now and I don't know what to do. Thanks (link)

no because he might get jealous and think you might be cheating on him so i wouldn't just take him or don't go at all !!

I completed my FAFSA part of the form. I emailed my mom and told her I needed her to complete her part. She told me that she didn't think to bring the information with her, she's traveling the US right now and will not be back until the middle of August. FAFSA deadline is 06-30-2012! What do I do?!
