I've cut my daily calorie intake from 4000 to 1500, I'm drinking lots of water and green tea every day (they're the only beverages I drink now), I've cut out crisps, chocolate, cakes, and all forms of junk food. I exercise for 30 minutes a day. I've been doing this for 10 days so why haven't I lost any weight? (link)
First, congratulations for making these improvements to your lifestyle! You must be feeling a lot healthier already. (if not you should probably be eating more-calculate your caloric needs here

For long term weight loss it is recommended to have a 500 calorie deficit/day at most and to lose at most 1-2lbs/week, so don't worry if its only been 10 days.

Maybe you aren't weighing yourself properly? You should weigh yourself in the morning, after going to the washroom, with minimal clothing on. Also keep salt to a minimum as it causes you to retain water.

-Get 8-10 hours of sleep/night

-don't eat 3hrs before bed, it messes up digestion

-eat 4-6 small meals/ day such as apple with 100% pb, wholewheat toast and berries, smoothie

-Do a mix of cardio and weight training to burn fat and build muscle.

-keep fat intake low, as it has 9 calories/gram and carbs and protein have only 4 so it is easy to overeat on them. Also 97% of excess dietary fat is stored as fat

-Avoid oil and minimize animal products

when I went vegan I lost weight effortlessly while eating more volume, but you don't have to cut it out completely especially since you've already cut out so much junk food!
Just Eat more whole grains, legumes, fruit and veg and focus on overall health :)
