My mom never wants to spend time with me. I asked her if we could go to the mall to buy me a better bra today, and she invited my 11 year old sister. I realized we've never gone to the mall, just the two of us. I'm going through a tough time ( puberty) and I can't talk to her about it. What should I do?
Sit down with your mom in a private area and tell her that you would like to spend some time with alone with her and that you are needing a little extra support from her right now. Explain it to her the way you have explained it to us.
Alot of times teens have a difficult time expressing their needs and parents may not recognize what their teen is trying to tell them, but by being straight forward with this and stating specifically what you need, this should clear up any miscommunication.

It is common for women to have vaginal discharge. If you are noticing that you are having itching, burning and/or odor, you may have a yeast infection. There are over-the counter products that could take of this, however, it is best to let your parents know so you can be properly checked by your doctor.
