i think i might be able to tell you. ok maybe why nothing is happening is because deep down he really wants to ask u out but when u gets up to do it he chokes. So give it a little time and eventually he will make a move but if he doesnt and u really like him u could like make a move too it doesnt always have to be the guy that doesn everthing.
