Hey I took this programme cause i was only 5'1 ft at 14 then i tried getting toller and now im 5,4ft SO! what you have to do is have like a programme e.g. Everyday when you wake up stretch up and try to stretch your spine the most and your legs Then Drink A pint of milk then take some likes vitamins that u need for growth then youlle grow!btw thats what i did and now ive just started my growth spurt =D
