Okay so I'm 13 and so is my boyfriend. We've talked about kissing and he acted like he would the next time he got the chance. He has had a couple of chances but hasn't taken them. I'm to nervous to make the first move because its my first kiss and this would be his third. How do I let him know without completely just telling him? (link)

It's not easy to communicate without using words... It takes some creativity. It seems you are aware of the best moments for him to take a chance, so when those moments arise try getting a little closer to him. If you don't want to make the first move, try to make it apparent that you would like to give it a go. However, since he has not kissed you already maybe that's your que that he is waiting on you.
Making the first move can be so scary! Especially when it's your first time. Isn't that the fun of the new experience though? Try it, and feel how exhilarating it is.
I'm sure he is just as nervous as you are. If the right moment seems to arise and he doesn't jump on it, maybe you should give it a try.
