okay. well i just moved out into my own apartment and i'd like to get a pet. the problem is i don't know what kind. i'd like something that doesn't require a TON of care, but something that i can also play with..can you help? (link)

If you're looking toward a dog, I suggest a scottish Terrier. If you wanted to, all you have to do is feed them, have tons of toys, and play with them. If they get bored they go on their own and play by themselves.

First off, if that was me, they wouldn't be saying another word for a long while. I hate it when people are like that and I am so sorry you have to go through that. Just tell them to beat it and leave you alone. Its not the best way to beat off some racists but if they go and do it again, tell them off. It may not be humane but thatll teach them to mess with you. lol. Hope I helped, if I didnt i am so sorry but i am truely sorry that people out there are like that and you have to deal with them.
