put a dab on your index finger and put it on the were you want it then take a paper towel(not wet or anything) and rub off the extra you don't want on were ever. Then to make them pop put some mascara on .

try to check out ebay to see if they have any cheetah girl stuff i've shopped there and they had plentey of things i've never even seen befor like a hannah montana wig.
