Hi, I'm in desperate need of advice on how to get through a long distance relationship. I'm from New Zealand and my boyfriend has moved to Christchurch for university. I live in Auckland which is in the North Island. He's in the South. How do I learn to cope with the distance? We are both 18 and have been going out for well over a year.
Please any advice or personal experiences with LDR's (long distant relationships) would be much appreciated. I really love him and would do anything for him and to keep him.

I've had a much farther distance relationship than that and I will tell you what went wrong with it. We didn't trust each other or try to keep in touch the right way. It was just text and lucky to get a call. Maybe call him once a day at the end of the night to see how everything went with his day. SKYPE. It's something a LDR couple should do. It's closest you'll get to being face to face. Make plans to visit each other once every weekend or once a month. Good luck to you! Hope everything goes well!

well lately ive been crushing on this guy named joe. joes a skaterguy and is very popular. so i never really hung out with him a lot. so me and him really got close since like the past 2 wks. on monday, joe sat next to me in ela.. he kept talking to me.
on tuesday, he sat next to me again and he kept cracking me up and making me laugh and he passed notes with me and all this stuff. so his friends fred and mitch were sitting behind us and when i passed him a note and he read it he went to give it back to me and i got it but his friend mitch grabbed the note and read it with fred. so 2 minutes later i heard mitch and fred whispering and fred said \"joe told me over the weekend he does\" so then mitch comes up to me and says, \"arie, joe likes you and he wants to go out with you.\" so then joe jumps up and says\" i dont like arie.\" joe then started blushing. then i was like its fine. and then joe was like, \" dont listen to them i dont like you.\" so then that was it. also in the hallways that day, all his friends were like\" joe, you told her?\" and then one said , \" there she is joe\" and they were looking at me. also i just walked away to get away. and a minute later ( i was gone) my friend told me him and his friend marc were walking and marc was like \"wheres arie? joe has to tell her something.\" and joe was blushing and said \"i dont like her\".

*my friend asked him monday ( day before this happened) do you like arie? and he said why are you jealous? ( he doesnt like me friend.)

I always go to Movieforumz.com because I can type in a show like friends and i may be able to watch some. You can also wtahc movies in theater too. Hope I helped.:)
