I know this is going to sound ridiculous and you're gonna judge me for being such a baby, haha, but I am 17 and afraid to use tampons. I've had my period for about 5 years and have always used pads. I'm a virgin and I'm just afraid of it hurting, I have a very low tolerance for pain and I just can't get over my fear. I know there is gonna come a time when I neeeed to use one for swimming or working out. I just can't get over being afraid. Help? (link)
yeah, it may seem scary at first and almost not natural but like you said there's going to come a time when you need to use one. if you have a small opening and are afraid of it hurting start by using small sized tampons and see how comfertable you are with it. :) best of luck :)

Hi so I really really like this guy. He is crazy hot and is really sweet but he hardly ever notices me. I really want him to notice me so we can start getting to notice eachother but we are both the real quiet type and he is always in a big group. Just never talking that is. So how do I get him to notice me and start talking To me with freaking him out?please help!!
Ps I'm thirteen and don't tell me I'm too young cause I've had three boyfriends since I was 11. I'm obviously female and I have the ability to change my personality to suit if need be. (link)
okay, for starters I was right in that position a few years back, and i thought the exact same thing. now, being older i realize that a) boys deffinetally aren't mature at 13... b) if you think that you and this boy will develop a relationship you could try to come out of your shell and like FB message him or just strait up go talk to him in the hall between classes. c) and dont ever change for a boy, they're not worth it.

Monica.

a while a go i got quite sick and couldnt eat or talk for two months. i used to arty all the time but i found a new way to life, a path i wanted to take that included healing myself through spirituality, proper nutrition and exercise. all my old friends are not on this level and not even my step sister who i am extremely close with. i can't go back to my old life and i cant fully move on to my new life, because i am afraid i won't find anyone truly like me/people that are more mature. has anyone been through anything like this or a pivotal change in their life? and advice on the topic would be greatly appreciated
thanks, amber (link)
okay, so its really good that you've noticed a change in yourself and that you're embracing it! :) but not everyone went through that so they aren't at the same maturity level as you. I'd say keep your new look on life and either they will embrace your change like good friends or they wont and thats when you realize its time to get friends that will accepct you for who you really are :)

sincerely, Monica
