i'm about 5'6" 140 pounds and my face is kinda chubby
i'm eating about 1000 calories a day (and eliminating junk food for as long as i can - it's better this way. if i start, i don't stop. trust me. i've read all about after a while you binge and etc but this is what my body needs)
so my question is when will i begin to see results? on my face specifically. and body as well. i started about a week ago. so maybe in 3 weeks? or is that too soon to expect anything? (link)

Dieting alone isn't enough. You should exercise as well; go to the gym, do cardio. A great way to lose weight is by walking.
You'll most likely see improvements after several weeks, depending on how much you exercise and diet. I hope that helped :)
