everytime i masturbate [which isn't often], I feel so much shame.
I'm 14 and I just feel like masturbation is wrong - yet I can't help it when I have hormones. What should I do? Should I keep masturbating and keep it a secret from my mom, or just stop because I feel ashamed? (link)

You know I'm 14 too and i was wondering the same thing for a while let me tell you one thing...dont go to you mom! she probably already knos but it's not something parents and kids really discuss just like you dont want to discuss your parents having sex! eww! it's definitly not wrong. I went to a teen site and found out that just about every teen does it and your probably feeling shame because it's something you wouldnt want to discuss with your mom. If you want you can stop but it's totally natural!
