I have dry skin around my nose and black dots on it too. how can i fix this? (link)

Well, with the dry skin i would suggest putting vaseline on it every single day till it softens and becomes better.
The black dots are called black heads...in other words ACNE, i would suggest you wash your face everyday with appropriate soap and apply something like "CLEAN AND CLEAR" or "PRO ACTIVE".
