well there is this guy that i love...and he told me he loved me the other day and i didnt know what to say back cuz i wasent sure about my feelings but now i am sure that i love him...should i tell him??? (link)

THis is the thing. We have all been there sometime or another. right. yes. SO, if he told you he lloves you, then he must because it is hard fo;r a guy to tell you he loves you. And, so you should say it back. but only if you mean it, because if you don't you don't want to say it.
