When I tried out for cheerleading, none of my friends were cheerleaders. Some of them thought that I was being too "preppy" but others thought that it was cool and tried out too. I think that you should try-out, even if you don't make it, you'll still have your friends and if you do, you'll make some new friends. It is nice to get around and talk to different types of people.

(15/I)OK, I have a boyfriend and we JUST started going out yesterday and I think my best friend is jealous that I have a boyfriend and she doesnt. She says little things like.. "I have nothing to wear tomorrow..oh well it doesnt matter,I have no one to impress anyways." She never did this stuff before I had a boyfriend and I know I shouldn't feel guilty but I do. Plus she's being SO picky with boys now.. I was trying to hook her up with one of my boyfriend's friends but she's saying she doesnt like any of them. Is there anything I could do to make her feel any better? Thanks.
The same thing happened to me not too long ago. What I did was explained the problem to my boyfriend and told him that i needed to spend sometime with my friend, he understood, and I spent time with my friend and she felt a lot better. When we were out she met a really nice, cute guy and they talked and are still going out today. I'm not saying that every guy is understanding but some of them are.
