I stopped puberty about 3 years ago... my boobs have been a 38B for like a year and a half now... what is the average boob size of an adult woman?

is a B cup considered small? can they still grow even though it's been so long since i stopped devloping? every other woman in my family is a B too. (link)
The average American woman is a B I think. (look it up). Don't worry about it, just wear a padded bra. Its true, many of them are so pretty (and fun to shop for).

I have been up since 7 this morning, and was tired in the early evening...but now the tiredness has subsided, although I should be asleep by now. I am pretty stressed out, and sometimes have a hard time falling asleep when I'm under pressure. I keep getting caught up in little things like reviewing for an exam, or going online, when I should be getting ready for bed. The minute I'm tired enough to go to bed, I'll get distracted with something or other, and then I'm wide awake.
So...what do you do when you are physically very tired, yet wide awake, and all you want is to sleep? Any tips on falling asleep easily? (link)
I had this problem a lot last year. It started the night before an exam and had never happened to me before. I didn't know what to do and sometimes I would be up until 4 a.m. two or three days in a row. What I find really helps is drinking camomile or this other herbal tea called "Sleepytime Tea". Its from Clestial Seasonings and has a bear on it. It works really well. Also, (this works every single time for me) when you are in bed with your eyes shut imagine a shape or flower pattern in your head. You should be able to see it in front of your eyes. Then morph it into something else, like if you had a circle make it into a sun, then something esle, and something esle. Eventually you're subconsiousness will begin to do it for you and then you're asleep. You can't think though, you just have to let it go. Hope this helps.
ps. some people say meditation or relaxation works so try that. Lie down on the floor and practice savasana.
