My advise is to find out the girls name,talk to her an get to know her,if she likes you then start dating ask her out an then if your with her for along time then when you get older then you get to do that stuff.

The TV and an easy life filled with too much wine, women and food have turned me into a zombie. How can I turn things around? I appear to be addicted to wine, women and food so not sure how to give those up to pursue other pleasures like reading or research etc. (link)

My advise is this cut down on the wine,cut down on food an don't get caught up with women stay home alot and read an take some taps,get up early set an alarm an get up eat a breakfast then read or do some things you like to do, then at lunch time eat then have a small snack before dinner to tie you over then eat dinner. All i'm saying is cut down on some things.
