when trying to watch my weight, what should i look for? in the beginning, i watched calories. then fat grams. now i'm starting to look at carbs, but i have no idea what i'm doing.
i'd look at everything in a health-wise way, but knowing me, i'd end up starving myself or something.
i don't understand the saturated/trans/regular fats, either.. basically if anything have 8+ fat grams, i stay away.
so, what should i watch for more? also, what should i have in each serving. example for meals, how many calories/how much fat?
and then same for snacks.
thanks for any help! i'll rate :) (link)

Hey there...im in the modeling world and weight is a huge issue! So i now how ya feel! Although i love food i think about eating disorders all the time! whatever you do..do it the healthy way!
1. remember to work out...if you hate running or going to the gym..you can get into a cool sport!
2. Count the calories..Remeber you dont have to spend money on organtic foods just have non-canned items!
3.Also here is a eating plan to get an idea of whats good!
For breakfast
Have 2 hard boiled eggs and some fruit..
For lunch try something creative..make one of you meals fun and yummy!
For dinner
stay away from the starch, Mash potatos rice etc. etc.
Have some brocoli With some porkchops! If your a Mash potato lover like me, a great subsutute is a yam!
Hope all goes well for you!
