im sure youre not fat..everybody judges themselves wayyy too hard..it is hard ta stay on diets..specially these dayys-so jus picture what you want to look like and jus tell yourself that you need ta eat healthier in order to get there-and no ones perfect so dont feel like thats the wayy you have to look..youre beautiful inside and out so do what you need to help feel that wayy about yourself..but dont starve yourself because your body will think that you are deprived of food and will help you gain weight..so just excersize more and im sure ull feel better about yourself!!! =D hope i helped!!!!!!!!
