When you shave your bikini line, what kind of shaving cream or gel should you use, and lotions? i know not scented ones, but i have horrible bumps, and sometimes it itches soooo bad! can you please give me some advice!

I prefer to use Nair on my bikini line. It is an extremely sensitive area, and shaving can really irritate it. Another option, if you can handle it, would be wax. Make sure you go to a certified professional to have a wax done.

My brother is 26 and is a major drug abuser? Does any one know oof any rehabs we can take him to (also counseling because he wants to kill hisself). We dont have any money and we are in the LA area of Calif.? (link)

A good place to start would be online. Go to a search engine, google.com is my favorite, and type in drug rehab programs. I'm sure you will return many possible results.
As far as finances go, I am sure that there are programs that work with low income families. No person should ever be refused the right to seek treatment.
Whatever you do, make sure you get help for your brother ASAP. Despression goes hand in hand with addiction, and could become an even more serious problem at any time.
