Hello. I am 14 years old, and have secretly been cutting for 3 years. I have never told anybody before, but I am wondering if I should. Would it be in my best interest to get help?
I have a lot of trouble trusting people,though.
Any advice would be appreciated.

This is NOT a cool idea. You should tell some one if you feel it is getting out of hand. Nothing good can ever come from hurting yourself. Tell a friend or counselor. i know it sounds corny, but they could really help you.
