My bff has not started her period and won't be starting it until another 2 years or so, (thats the expected time because her mom had her period at the age of 15)Anyways she is 12 going on 13, she as well as I are being pressured into sex by people from our school, from girls as well as guys saying its feels good e.t.c.,But i'm waiting til i'm married. She wants to have sex with her boyfriend and she said she won't get pregnant because she doesn't have her period yet.And I have been told you can only get pregnant if you have your period. Is that true? Can she avoid pregnancy since she don't have her period?I'm sorry this is long its just she's only 12 and I don't want her to get pregnant.Please help!Any advice or ideas would help!!

just because you haven't started the actual bleeding doesn't mean anything. my mom didn't have her period until she was about 15 and i started when i was 12. you can still be menstrating and get pregnant. you can also get std's. it's always best to wait until you find somebody you actually love. plus, it's illegal for anybody under the age of 16 to have sex.

Ok, Im going to be a junior in High school. Back in 5th grade I had a guy friend that I really really liked. In 6th grade we "went out" And then towards the end of 6th grade he moved. Just this year he found me in the hallway at school and we started talking. Im really nervous around him. I dont really know if I like him as more than just a friend. We exchanged cell numbers just before school was out and I was really hoping that he would call me. Im way too nervous to just call him myself, so please dont suggest that.

Does anyone have any ideas for questions that I could ask him or what to talk about? And if you have any ideas as to how to tell him that I kind of sort of like him, I would appreciate it!

i suggest just asking him what he's been up to lately. that's always a good way to start things up. if you aren't for sure if you like him as more than a friend, you probably shouldn't say anything about liking him until you're for sure. it could end up that he does like you, you don't like him, and then there's lots of drama. it's no fun. if you are for sure about liking him, flirt, if he flirts back, that's always a good sign. go out and do something with him, like bowling or such. just make sure it's the two of you so ya'll can talk. most of the time, the guy will make the first move. if not, do what feels natural.

I have a crush on this guy and he was walking towards me.

As he walked towards me, I swept my bangs sideways by purposely flinging my head to my side a little (but obvious enough for him to see).I didnt like exaggerate my actions to the point where my head turns 360 degrees but the action is kind of obvious for him to see. I did that cos I heard that it's a form of flirting when girls fling their hair back. When he saw me doing that, he just smiled.

I don't know what kind of smile is that. I mean its just a normal smile but I kinda wanna cringe whenever I remembered flinging my head back purposely in front of him. what does he mean by that smile? I feel kind of embarrasssed that I flung my stupid head back and gosh do I regret it sooo!

Can someone pleeeease tell me wat could he have felt? Is he smiling cos he's embarrassed for me?

he prolly thinks it's cute. if you do the hair flip again, i suggest that you smile back at him. not a huge smile tho, just one that acknowledges his. see what happens then.
