I weigh about 117 and I am about 5'4, not bad at all. I am completely happy with my body except for my "love handles". They stick out past my underwear, bathing suit, or any low rise jeans. But it's weird because the rest of my body is basically thin. I just want to thin out the sides of my stomach. How should I go about this, and how long do you think it will take? (link)

Doing cardio exercises (running, walking at a fast pace, and even dancing) for about twenty to thirty minutes everyday should help. I'd say one to two months should be good but because everyone's bodies and habits are different, I really don't know. Make sure you eat healthily (check your country's food website for suggested servings) and drink a lot of water.

I like this guy I've known since 5th grade, I'm now in 11th. He's the type of guy that likes "different" ideas for dates. We are supposed to hang out on Saturday and I want to do something that he would like. I really like this guy A LOT (I dated him a while back and he was my first "love" and I was his first "love")we get along great but I want to do something other than go to the movies or mall. A list of ideas would be greatly appriciated! (link)

The best idea would be to ask him yourself or take a combination of his interests and throw him around. You could always take a risk and try something new - try baking together, walking around the park, or why not explore your town/city/area for new date places and ideas?
