Ok, so I recently broke the mouse port on my computer, and had to plug the mouse into the USB port. Thats the way it is supposed to be anyway, it just came with a converter to plug it into the mouse port. It is a microsoft wirless laser mouse 6000. It came bundled with a keyboard, and they use the same wirless receiver.
I can move the mouse fine, however when I click, in order for the click to register, I have to kind of move the mouse as I do it.
I downloaded the most recent drivers, and that did not fix the problem.
It is most noticeable when I try to click into a different window, while working within the same window, it seems to work ok. (link)
