ok i am a teenager and i really need help! so i just got my period and there is one problem...when i tried to put in a tampon>>>i couldn't find the hole it goes in :-*( please dont laugh at me...it is extremely embarassing and i dont know what to do... i know it is there though HELP. (link)

Ok hun, I am a 13 year old teen. I had your same problem.This may sound silly, but your vaginal hole is somewhere near your butt hole. Just keep serching. And if you have trouble inserting it. Well First you take the rapping off. Then you stick the aplicator up your vagina. Then you just push it in. It may take a few terns but you will get it. Good luck :)
