So for most of my life I've been fat. I just kept gaining weight. Fortunately, I've finally mastered the art of maintain my weight and at least not gaining any more. I'm 16, female, 5'3" and my weight on any given day is between 194-200lbs. I honestly wouldn't care much if I hadn't found out i'm prediabetic. I really don't want to get diabetes so I'm looking for some advice on how to eat better, exercise more, and just lose all this extra weight. I'm a busy person and I don't have a lot of time in my day so please keep that in mind but I'd like to los weight as fast as possible.
Also, I have some issues with motivating myself. Any advice on how I can make myself stick to a plan would also be appreciated. (link)

for the part with the issue on motivating your self , get someone to help you along this tough time in your life, you need someone like a bestfriedn to help you along it , like lets say to lose weight u decided to start running you should grab a friedn so you have someone to be with so you wouldnt be alone.

So there's this guy that i've had a crush on for forever. He moved and I got a boyfriend (together 9 months) and i forgot about him. But he moved back and my feelings for him returned too, but i also love my boyfriend. The other guy likes me too so he asked me to hang out with him. I wasn't going to because i didn't want to hurt my bf, but i decided i would just to see if i felt anything. So we were hanging out and i let him put his arm around me, he tried to kiss me but i didn't let him. We didn't do anything else. It turns out im not as crazy about him as i thought. Anyways, would this be considered cheating? Should i tell my boyfriend about it? Am i a bad person for doing this?

it wouldnt exactly be cheating if you didnt let him kiss you thats actually a good thing , if i were you i would not tell your bf because he might get jealous and get mad , i know i wouldd, i wouldnt tell ihm i would just let it go anyways you really iddn tdo anyhtign with that other guy so your safe , for now. good luck :]

Okay so everything my boyfriend does to me just feels sooo good. And I wanna do the same right? But I don't really know what I'm doing. I've tried a handjob a few times but they were awkward and he tried to kind of show me how but it was wierd and a fail hahaha. Yeah so can anyone give me some pointers? why don't you try doing something else with him to make him "feel good" other than a handjob, blow jobs should work too haha so good luck i guess.
