Okay the first thing you're going to want to do is go out and buy a straightner! Not a $30 crap one from your local drug store, but save up your cash and buy a salon straightner (you can get them wholesale for about $70! talk to your hairdresser!)
I personally use Fructis shampoo and conditioner and then John Freda? Anti Frizz stuff, and then my straightner....believe me, this is the ULTIMATE way to get awesome hair!
FYI..my pics are from before I bought my straighter, so my hair was straight, but not as awesome as it is now...can you tell I love it?!

I have been riding for 9 years, have had MANY MANY spills off of horses and related incidents, so I can totally understand the nervousness part of horseback riding, you are on a 1000lb animal with a mind of its own :)
First of all, you should start taking lessons. Instructors will ease you into the whole riding experience and will take you slow in order to ensure that you know how to properly handle a situation if anything should go wrong.
You should also (if possible) try to get to know a certain horse. This helps a great deal to trust a horse and get confortable with it, as it will help you in the long run with any other horses.
If you were to fall off, the MOST (and i underline that!) inportant thing to do is make sure that you get right back on, no matter how scared you are. I have taken more spills off of horses then I can count( I enjoy riding crazy idiot horses :) and the longer it takes you to get back on that horse, the harder its going to be! I have seen many people leave the horse industry because of fear. Don't let it happen to you!

Trust me, if you'd had an orgasm....you would have known it! Its hard to explain....its kind of like an earth shattering, body shakin, best thing you've ever felt in your life. You can get orgasms from getting fingered, but chances are if you're wondering if you had one, you probably havent....which is good news right? It only gets better!!

I totally know how you're feeling. I had been smoking for 3 years and I just finally quit for good. It was extremely hard because all of my friends smoke. You have to help yourself get out of that enviroment for a little while, or alert your friends to the fact that you wish to quit, as they may quit their use around you to help you through. This is an extremely hard uphill battle, but with strength, you will conquer it. Good luck!

You have to be strong here! Sit down and write a pros and cons list. Is taking him back going to hurt you more in the end? Everyone loves the feeling of being in love and such, but is being hurt worth the risk?

Skin is a huge problem for many, many people! For blackheads, I would reccommend trying a Clean and Clear blackhead strip or something to that effect. If this doesn't work, you might want to talk to your doctor and get him to consult with a determatologist! [much love] Ashley
