I'm about 5'7-5'8ish and I weight about 183 lbs.
The thing is though, I don't look like I weight 183, I look to weight about 160ish and my pants size is 11-12. I don't look that big, and I knew some of it is because of my height.
When I look ay myself, I know I don't look that big. But when I think about how much I weigh, it drives me insane.
The doctor said back in July that I didn't really need to worry about my weight, but if I wanted to lose weight, it'd be perfectly healthy.
I guess what I'm asking is how to lose weight, at least ten pounds before January 27th(school dance) and I'm also a little afraid that since I look like around 160 if I lost ten-twenty pounds I'd look like a stick and I don't want that either, because of my height. (link)

Don't worry about it! im as tall as you and way about the same. how to lose weight is to just eat heathy, and try to eat only 3 meals no snacks and ecsersize alot thats what my sister did and now shes 125 and she was about 170.

how much is it to go to a tanning bed. not the best one or the worst one, an average place.
and i heard they are very unsafe. if i do it 3 or 4 times will i die? (link)

Im not possitive how much it is to go tanning but not that expensive, and no you wont die if you only go three or four times its only if you go for a very long time.

ok i am single my best friend has a boyfriend and she got him without any trouble i am friends with lots of guys and i am not trying to sound like a self involved whore but i have been told i am pretty and attractive(and not just by realatives) so could someone please give me some tips on how to find a boyfriend? If you want a boyfriend i suggest not one of your "guy friends" because it could hurt your friendship if he says no. so just be yourself and just try to be a little more outgoing and you might find a boyfriend, but there is not really a way to just find a boy freind.
