im so self consious about myself.
i deffinately am fat, no getting past it.
im 5'3 and 140 pounds. yikes.
what are some excersizes i could use
that really show results??

you are not fat! end of story. but if u really feel that way then i would walk on the tredmill(thats what i do) and watch what u eat. also crunchies or sit ups help flatten your stomach.
