i have a lot of trouble getting to sleep. i can't switch off wheni go to bed and i feel tired a lot of the time. I have tried cutting out caffiene, herbal sleeping tablets and all the obvious things and nothing works. can you help (link)

I also have trouble sleeping. It's common, so don't worry. I always try to do something calming like read, take a warm bath, or listen to soft, calming music before you go to bed. Make sure you are comfortable. It is hard enough to be too hot, or on a lumpy matress and get a nice night's rest.
If this doesn't work talk to your doctor. There are sleeping pills that may work for you.
