There are so many travel sites to choose from now, I don't even know where to start! In your opinion, which is the best website to get a great deal on plane flights? At least, which one(s) have you had the best luck with? (link)
|
I often use the services of getbustours because it is the best site that offers the best packages for visiting attractions in all over the United States. I offer travel services by air too. I hope it will be helpful for you too.

I'm a 20 year old female and am trying to plan a trip for this autumn or winter. I will be traveling (alone) from Oklahoma to California to stay with my brother for a few days. I plan on driving. While I know that will be more expensive than buying a plane ticket (after gas, food, and a night or two in hotels along the way) I prefer this way because I want to sight-see on my way there.
Basically I need to know how to save money on my trip. I have the funds to make this trip happen but obviously I'd like to save as much money as possible. I've never travelled on my own before so I'm a little clueless! (link)

Doing a road trip in the cold and autumn weather is a great way to get out there and enjoy what the nature has to offer.
Before you go, make sure you are fully prepared. Load up the boot with an emergency kit, check your tire pressure and make sure your car or any vehicle insurance.
I have an interesting experience of the Waimoku Falls road trip. The 4 mile round trip to the falls and back takes in several great waterfalls before reaching the spectacular Waimoku Falls, and a board-walk journey through dense, dark bamboo forest that we\'re unlikely to forget.

So im a 16 year old girl and im just confused about life. I don't really have close friends and I can't really do a whole lot of things outside of the house. I always pictured that when i get out of hs and college that i'm just going to be a loner, i'm going to write and try to help people and hopefully travel but eh i dont know. Sorry this is hard to explain. I just feel like i'm going to watch my whole life past by without it being exciting, or actually living and that i'm never going to have a lot of fun or have a really creative life. I just want to know what i can do. And id love to hear about other peoples experiences when you did something crazy or had one of those deep meaningful nights. I dont know something. Thanks for helping if this makes sense to you haha. (link)

I think travel is one of the best and reliable way to explore the different experiences of the life around the globe. So we can say travel is a better way of pleasure, relaxation, discovery and exploration, getting to know other cultures and taking personal time for building interpersonal relationships.

So I am travelling to Amsterdam, all of Germany and Austria in Dec. This is my first time to Europe and I need some advice. I will be taking the Eurail for most of my travel and I'm not sure which is the best type of luggage to take with me e.g. bag with wheels? I have heard that there are a lot of stairs to get to hostel rooms etc.
Also, what type of footwear.. I have flat feet, aka no arches. I was thinking of taking a pair of tall leather boots which I can also spray with waterproofing for walking and also nightlife.
I am from Brisbane, Australia, and I have trouble comprehending how cold -20 degrees Celsius is.. I'm slim and probably won't have enough body fat to keep me warm with two layers. So I am thinking I will wear a silk singlet, a long sleeved cotton top, with a woolen sweater over, and an additional trench coat looking thing like this http://www.fashionvice.com/files/dkny_wool_trench.jpg
Please provide images if you can, it would help me understand I'm sure.
Any random pieces of advice will be appreciated as well!
Thank you all! (link)

To decide the best clothes for camping is not tough for me because I am a tourist and mostly I like to spend my time on tours. I think you feel Comfortable in jeans. You can wear a warm shirt, and a sweater. Have a neutral cute rain jacket with you too.

Hi!
My family is looking at vacation packages heading to several European countries and I have a couple of things I could use advice on: We are Canadian, so we really don't know much about Europe, since we have never been. I mention this because we don't want to offend anyone, or leave them thinking that all Canadians are stupid or something. LOL! Is there some crash course in how not to offend people when you travel to 14 countries in 21 days?
Also, if you were packing for a trip like this, or have been on one at all, are there things you wish you had brought, or left behind?
This is our first family trip abroad, and I would really love any advice you have about travelling or Europe in general.
Thank you! (link)

Europe is really a beautiful land and you can plan a perfect tourist trip here. There are various kinds of tourist places to visit include historical tourist spots, monuments, rivers, beaches, garden etc.
During the stay at Europe you can visit to Edinburg city of Scotland for historical monuments. Paris and swiss would be the best for romantic and scenery. Actually it all depends on your time duration of the trip and your budget as well.

Is there one site that shows only last minute specials you can use to travel? I don't want to have to go to a bunch of sites and try many dates just to find things. Maybe that is why they make it so hard, so you will pay full price anyway? LOL! (link)
|
I am a tourist and I always prefer getbusoturs.com. It is one of the best sites to arrange any trip and any-time. Hope you will visit this site and enjoy its outstanding offers as well.

Thanks allot! All of you share very valuable ideas and all are really helpful for me to arrange a number of surprises for my mom instead of single things.

Hello advicenators,
I am going to be buying a "new used" car pretty soon. I got a new job recently and I will be able to afford the payments. Im looking to spend somewhere in the $18-25,000 range. I don't want to buy something I'll regret with that amount of money. I have never bought from a dealership before.
What are some tips? What are some things I should look out for (Any salesmen tricks I should be wary of, or extra things that I shouldn't be paying for?) I'm a girl in my 20s that knows pretty much nothing about cars (other than how to fill up oil and change a tire-the basics) and I totally expect to be taken advantage of when it comes to cars. I'm not stupid but there's a lot of car stuff I don't know.
So anything helps, really. I'm going to do some test drives this weekend. I've researched and decided on a couple of different makes and models based on extensive internet searches and reviews. I would like to be prepared before I go.
Thank you! (link)

Where can you buy a touch screen monitor for using with windows 8? I bought a new computer, and my old monitor isn't touch, of course. So I went to walmart and they didn't have anything but regular screens. Can you only get them if you buy them the same time you buy the computer? (link)
|
Touch Screen monitors is much more expensive than regular monitors. It can be rather confusing trying to work out which monitors work best with Windows 8 using touch. Some monitors are Windows 8 certified but do NOT support touch. Some Touch Screen monitors will work with Windows 8 but don’t offer the 10 point touch capability supported by Windows 8.

Hi, im 12, almost 13, and I really want a new camera for Xmas, but I want to know exactly what kind to ask for. I want one that has great focus, is easy to use, has a really good zoom lense, and is just a really great camera. but, i have had past cameras that when you zoom in, the more you zooom in, the more blury it gets. i realize that this is normal, but i would love to be able to avoid it. i have seen cameras that you can zoom in to (example) the stage at a concert from the back row, and its still perfect (or still really good) quality. anybody have anything that would be good for me? links of where to get would be great. thank you!! :) (link)

\"QCBD\"
This software manage all your quality data, assign ownership, record your notes, assign tasks, send emails, attach files and report results. I had this great experience during my Niagara falls bustours.
On the other side I recommend to you Canon VIXIA HF G30 Full HD Camcorder (HFG30). The Canon VIXIA HF G30 Full HD Camcorder shoots 1920 x 1080p Full HD video at 60 fps in either AVCHD or web-friendly MP4 format. It also supports Native 24p Progressive Mode recording, which will give your footage a more cinematic look.

How can you tell if a name is Italian? (link)
|
From what I understand, a \'ch\' sound in English is similar to the \'cc\' sound in Italian. Mucci, Mucciarone, Muccino, and Muccio would be the closest to what I think Muschiana may sound like.
Muschiana might also be derived from something like Marchiano.

Hey advicenators! I need to find a nice but also cheap hotel room for a friend's suddenly announced wedding, but my experiences with believing the reviews on the usual sites has been pretty mixed. Is there any chance some of you live around there or have traveled around that area and can suggest something nice and also affordable? If not, what would you do in my situation?
Thanks!
P.S. You need a travel category! :) (link)

I always prefer Hampton Inn & Suites hotel to stay in Ocean City. They have lovely rooms and a good breakfast is always offered with healthy choices of food. Parking spaces are tiny which invites a ding in the sides of your vehicle but parking is free. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

I heard on the news when my dad was watching that a "puppy mill" was busted in our town. What does that even mean? (link)
|
According to my point of views, A puppy mill is a large-scale commercial dog breeding operation where profit is given priority over the well-being of the dogs.Illness and disease are common in dogs from puppy mills. Because puppy mill operators often fail to apply proper husbandry practices that would remove sick dogs from their breeding pools, puppies from puppy mills are prone to congenital and hereditary conditions.

I'm adopting a black domestic short-hair kitten from a nearby rescue, and I was wondering if I should get one or two of them. We have two kids who should be mature enough to care for a pet, and a medium-sized house. I'm a stay-at-home parent, so the kitten(s) wouldn't be alone too much. We already have a kitten picked out (short black fur with a white patch on her neck), and are planning to name her Kia. So, now we just need to decide if we should get a second kitten. There are five other kittens in the litter (two black boy kittens, two black girl kittens, and a white girl), who all seem to have pretty good bonds with each other. So, should we get another kitten? (We are well aware of the costs of having a cat) If yes, which one should we pick, and what would be a good name? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you. (link)

Okay, so I want to make a garden filled with different and bright colors. The thing is, I've tried this before and lots of animals around my neighborhood destroyed the plants no matter what we did. Now we have some pots with plants in them. We have tomatoes, and morning glories. Our marigolds died sadly along with the petunias and I want to replace them. Being it is Summer, and I live in Southern California, could you recommend plants that can tolerate heat, maybe drought, and lots of sun? Thanks! (link)

The first rule of thumb is to watch where you put your thumb. “Never pick up a seedling by the stem—it is the plant\'s lifeline,”
Well here I mention some points that help you to grow plants indoor.

When to Plant
In the Ground

Ok, so its my little brothers birthday today. We're not that far apart, just about 2 years. He's turning 11 and the only thing he wants is a Pokemon game, but he's already buying himself that with his own $. If I tell him not to buy that, then he'll question. And I seriously can't lie. So can someone please tell what I should buy him! I'm serious, he don't want anything else than that. So can someone tell me a gift that is under 25$ that'll surprise him. None of my family members would help me.
Thank you guys! (link)
|
You talk with him in soft language and guide him to get something new. You insist him to go outdoors in any market and introduce some more interesting things. I hope if he seen other things like football, bait, cloths or much more are available in a market. After seeing lots of things his mind must be changed.
