That depends on what you mean by wrong. From a legal standing it is illegal to engage in any sex act with a person under age 16 in the U.S. Morally speaking some cultures not only allow it but even encourage taking wives as young as 12. However it would be better for you both physically and psychologically to hold off on sexual activity until you are at least of legal age and hopefully have a full understanding of the risks involved.
