okay... i have dark brown hair. it's about down to the middle of my back like where the back of my bra is, my hair is also EXTREAMLY thick and it gets frizzy really easily. i was thinking about cutting my hair to a little past my shoulders... like maybe taking about 2 inches or so off and getting lost of layers and long bangs to my cheekbone. the thing is i'm not sure what will happen to my hair like if it will friz up and get really poofy when it's humid outside. does anyone have any ideas on how to keep my hair from not frizzing up?

heyy, my hair used to be just like yours...thebest thing you can do for it is to cut it about shoulder length get layers and get it thinned, and if your parents agree to it, you should get it permently straightened..thats what i did and my hair is sooo much easier to handle now...and get a good styling product and talk to your hairdresser about how to style your hair..good luck!

Alright heres the situation.. I have this friend, his name is Chris. Anyways, we are like best friends, i guess you could say. We talk alot hang out pretty often. He has a girl friend and i am single. well, i'm guessing yes, or he just likes to flirt..pay attention and see if he flirts with other girls too..but the downside is, if he has a girlfriend that means he likes her more than any other girl including you. also, you didn't say if you like him like that too...if you don't, than you have nothing to worry about, but if you do, than i say ride it out and wait till they break up, and decide if you want to risk the friendship by talking about it with him..good luck:)

hi. im like bone popping skinny and im small boned. alot of ppl call me anerexic and stuff. some ppl look at me like im sick or something and then stare at me while im eating just to see if i actually eat, which i do. what should i do?

i used to be that skinny too, and just tell your friends to tell everyone that you are NOT aneriox. (sp)...and ask your doctor about growth hormone pills...don't worry about the stares, they probably just wish they were that skinny

first of all, it is no big deal that you havent gotten your period yet. skinny girls usually don't get it till mid-teens..all the way up to 16 is about normal. and if you are worried your not going to get taller, just ask your doctor. they can usually predict how tall you will be. and it might be possible for you to take growth pills (be careful they are not steroids). and short people are cool anyway! i'm 15 and 5'1, and i love being short, you get more attention from guys. to look older, just figure out the right makeup for you, and wear the right fitting clothes.

hey, im 14 (gunna be 15 in February) and i dont have my period...i know u can get it as late as 16 and not to worry but i have boobs and im pretty developed, could there be anyother reason thats harmful for not getting your period, like having a disease or something? pleas help...ill rate ya good!!! thx (link)

are you a gymnast or a dancer, or in any sports? that can make you not get your period until late teens..i would say don't worry to much, and just tell your doctor. if by 16 you still don't have it, you could always go see a gyn. good luck

you should keep this relationship a friendship. in awhile, if you still have strong feelings for him, than you could consider taking the relationship to the next level depending on how far apart you guys live, and if your parents would be OK with you meeting a "stranger" . but for now, just have fun talking to someone who won't judge you. and no, never depend your life on him! ;)
