Well this is quite interesting. I am not sure why he is unable to get turned on, but most of the time just by a simple touch to the male genitalia the penis becomes erect. Well Actually I think if an individual released his/her bowels before sex most likely there will be no visible feces. It is different in which when a woman recieves anal sex. Men on the other hand have petuitary glands in the anus which becomes lubricated, therefore the organ switches over and functions differently. Not only gay man have anal sex, straight men are supposed to recieve thier partners finger in thier anus. So No not when it comes to mall anal sex, but yes when it comes to female anal sex.
