I would have to say 18 at the youngest, personally. However, in some states the age of consent is 17.
I feel like until you are legally an adult, you really shouldn't be having sex. For some people it should be even older. It all depends upon the maturity level of the person. But, either way, until you can legally consent, you are just asking for trouble, should I would wait. However, this is just my opinion.
